Ciara Fallon
Ciara Fallon is an 18 Year old model from Galway city. She has been a model of Galway based agency Sheer Model Management for the past year. Ciara is one of the top models in the agency where she trains other models up to a high standard. Ciara is very well known to be the fierce model in Sheer Model Management and most certainly lives up to her name. Ciara has also recently been asked to become the face of Sorcha Style’s 2015 which she was thrilled and delighted to accept. Sorcha Style’s is a Designer, Milliner and event coordinator that Ciara has also worked with in the past before being asked to the be the face of the brand name for the Year 2015. Not only is Ciara a great model model but she also has brains to burn. Ciara is studying in one of Ireland’s biggest college NUIG,Where she studies commerce.
Why are you interested in modelling? I have always had an interest in modelling and fashion from an early age when my nana used to teach me etiquette and deportment, also from watching Americas next top model I started to copy everything they did and I have always loved being photographed! I have a strong love for fashion and my favourite thing to do this time of year is watch all the shows from Milan and london’s fashion week. But Modelling for me is more than just getting my picture taken and wearing designers clothes, it is an art to me and a way in which I can express myself and show how confident I can be in my own skin.
How has Sheer helped you?
Being with sheer has showed me how much work is needed in order to achieve good results and they have given me a start to my career in modelling and showing people that I can achieve my goals. What was it like being asked to be the face of Sorcha Style’s? It was an amazing experience being a part of Sorcha Style’s and being the face of Sorcha Style’s was a privilege. I had so much fun working with Sorcha Style’s. Did you feel in any way pressured ?
No, I did not feel pressured in any way. I loved every part of it.
Sorcha Style's is a Fashion Designer, Milliner and event coordinator in the Galway city area. Sorcha first launched her brand on November 16th of the Year 2012.
Sorcha has organized a couple of fashion shows since starting,has done numerous photoshoots, has created five collections in total three mini collections and two big collections.
All of these collections have been showcased. The mini collections have been in the annual GTI fashion fiesta for the last Three years running. Her bigger collections have been showcased in her own show GALWAY'S Designers and Bloggers Showcase's. These were both organised as a February and September Editions in 2014.
Sorcha is qualified in Fashion Design level 6 and Fashion industry practice level 6 also. Sorcha also has certificates in beginners and advanced millinery with renowned Milliner Jamie McEleney.
Sorcha has also worked with top names such as Emily Jean Designs and Ashling Byrne.
