In order to achieve her goals, Shelby set out after her dreams, and although she had never before this thought possible to achieve. Modelling.

Although it may seem simple enough to some, but for Shelby she wondered where to start when you start out...

Shelby began with The Miss World Australia Pageant, something that when looked into further is more than just your average Beauty Pageant. It is an opportunity and a platform for strong, inspirational women to have their voices heard. It is also where she had learnt key insider tips and tricks from the ever wonderful Peter Sereno, something Shelby will be forever grateful for. While Shelby did not take out the title, she did make the top 40 in Australia and raised up to $6400 for Varity-The Children's Charity. With this experience she also discovered just how strong her desire was to continue chasing her modeling dreams.

Since the pageant, Shelby has worked extremely hard to get her name and her voice out there and has been rewarded for her dedication by walking Runways, volunteering at several Charity events and taking on photographic opportunities that would help boost her career and confidence in front of the camera.

This has led to both National and International publications in the past months with a book cover for the Isles Of Olympus book series and magazine publication in Vintage Brides, which Shelby has remained humbled, learning and extremely grateful for these opportunities.

Shelby has such a strong passion and drives to make it in this industry and cannot wait to see what the New Year holds for her. She is a strong believer of dreaming big, working hard and being appreciative of every opportunity presented to her.
